NoVacancy respects your privacy. We designed the app to provide parking availability and forecasting information while collecting as little information as possible.

NoVacancy does not collect, store, or sell personal information.

Email address
Phone number
Location
Contacts
Advertising identifiers
User accounts

Parking Data

Parking availability information displayed in NoVacancy is obtained from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's PaTs IT department. This information represents parking occupancy only and is used to display current availability and to power our forecasts.

Parking forecasts are generated using proprietary machine learning models developed by NoVacancy from historical parking occupancy data.

Analytics

NoVacancy does not collect analytics or usage information that identifies individual users.

Third-Party Services

The app communicates with NoVacancy Online Services only to retrieve parking availability, forecasts, announcements, and application configuration. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.

Security

Although NoVacancy does not collect personal information, reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect the services that deliver parking information.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, users may be notified within the app.
